**Rooms 1, 6 and 7 can accommodate more than two people. An extra person charge of $25.00 for adults and $20.00 for 12 and under, will be added for each individual after two people (infants at 12 months & younger are free).
***Rooms 2, 3 and 7 are dog-friendly and require an additional fee of $25/pet. No more than 2 dogs are allowed in a room. Dogs cannot be left in rooms unaccompanied.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:
PAYMENT
No advance deposit is required, but the full balance of your reservation is due on your payment date, which is:
*30 days prior to your arrival date for any stays over holidays or peak periods; or
*30 days prior to your arrival date for any stays arriving between November 1st and March 31st; or
*14 days prior to your arrival date for any stays arriving between April 1st and October 31st (excluding stays over holidays or peak periods).
(Note that your reservation will clearly state your payment date.)
The credit card you used in making your reservation will be automatically charged the balance due on that date unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you are making your reservation within 14 or 30 days of arrival (whichever is applicable), then the full amount is due immediately and your credit card will be billed within one business day.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES
You may cancel your reservation or make changes without penalty up to your payment date. After that time, no refunds can be given for
changed or cancelled reservations.
If your reservation was made within 14 or 30 days of arrival (whichever is applicable), no refunds can be given if you change or cancel your reservation.
WEATHER CONDITIONS
We cannot be responsible for winter weather conditions. If you will be arriving during the winter, please be sure you have proper equipment for
driving in the snow. We strongly recommend that you carry tire chains for drivingover the mountain passes. There are no refunds for road closures. However, if both Stevens Pass and Snoqualmie Pass are closed for more than eight hours and the closures prohibit you from reaching the property, you may reschedule your stay for an arrival within three months of the pass closure date. Please note that the North Cascade Pass is always closed during the winter.
We recommend you check weather conditions before driving through the passes during the winter, either through the Department of
Transportation (DOT) website at wsdot.wa.gov (click on "Mountain Passes"), or by calling 1-800-695-ROAD.
REQUIRED BY WASHINGTON STATE LAW
We are required by Washington State law to include the following paragraph:
If services are cancelled by River Pines Inn, all sums paid to River Pines Inn for services not performed in accordance with the contract between River Pines Inn and the purchaser will be refunded within thirty days of receiving the funds unless the purchaser requests River Pines Inn to apply the money to another reservation and/or date.
RENTAL POLICIES AND INFORMATION:
CHECKING IN/CHECKING OUT
Check-in time upon arrival is no earlier than 3 pm. Check-out time upon departure is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out
is allowed only with pre-approval and cannot be guaranteed. A late check-out resulting in a scheduling conflict will be assessed a sum of one-half day's rate.
NO SMOKING / NO VAPING
Absolutely no smoking is permitted indoors.
PETS
Dogs are allowed in rooms 2, 3 and 7 (Cabin) and require an additional $25/pet per stay. We do not allow other types of pets. Dogs must be attended by their owners at all times and must be leashed while on the premises. Dog owners must clean up after their dog and properly dispose of any waste.
NO CANDLES OR INCENSE
No burning of candles or incense is permitted on the premises.
QUIET HOURS
Please be considerate of your neighbors and reduce TV volume and other sounds to a minimum level between 9 pm and 8 am.
DAMAGES
You are responsible for any and all damage your party may cause during your stay. You agree that you are responsible to pay the
full cost (including labor) of replacement or repair of damaged items. We appreciate being informed of any accidents or breakage that
occur during your stay.
EXCESSIVE CLEANING
Housekeeping is provided at the end of the rental period. However, except for normal use and maintenance, you must leave the
premises in good condition. Excessive cleaning charges will be billed at the rate of $35.00 per hour if required.
All rooms feature private full bathrooms, high-quality linens and bedding, wireless internet, coffee service, refrigerator, hair dryer, ironing board and flat screen TVs with DirecTV service. Rooms 1 and 7 (cabin) have full kitchens and private riverview decks.
